Role: Growth Team Lead
Time Commitment: 10 hours / week
This year, cuHacking has grown into an organization that runs events year-round in addition to our annual hackathon. Our 30+ person volunteer team consists entirely of students, just like you! We are a dynamic team that meets frequently and allows members to work on things they are passionate about. We strive to give everyone in our community control over their technical and creative development, recreational participation, and networking opportunities with industry leaders.
The primary goal of our Growth Team will be to find ways to engage with the broader hacking community and funnel hackers into our new Discord Community server. They will be responsible for our social media presence, writing digital content and/or creating interactive content, and coming up with strategies to focus attention to our events and organisation.
As our Growth Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing your team of roughly one to three members, so you should be comfortable with communicating to your team and other team leads.
